Frances Bicking

Frances Helen Bicking, age 102, passed away April 20, 2016. She was a resident of Fairfax, VA and Fort Myers, FL. She was the wife of the late, George Bicking, also former wife of Elwin H. Napier, Dayton, OH.

She leaves three children, Lee David Napier, Cinnaminson, NJ; Gloria Joan Napier Hall, Pittsford, NY; and Marc Bicking, Maple Shade, NJ; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was born in Huntsville, OH, April 14, 1914, daughter of David Kelly Blue and Laura B. Blue. In her early years, she resided in Dayton, OH and was employed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Later, she was a member of Ohio Eastern Star Chapter 125, Fairfax Circle Baptist Church, Fairfax, VA, McGregor Baptist Church, Fort Myers, FL, Athenian Toastmasters Club, Mantua Women’s Club, and garden clubs in FL and VA.

Graveside services will be held at the Huntsville Cemetery, Huntsville, OH, on Saturday May 7, 2016, 11 am.

Local arrangements are being handled by the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Bellefontaine.
