Frances JoAnne Kennedy, 88, of Bellefontaine passed away Monday evening, February 6, 2017 at Campbell Place, Bellefontaine.
She was born in Columbus on April 29, 1928 to the late Russell and Lillian (Robb) Vanatta. She was preceded in death by her first husband George Huber. JoAnne later married Parker Kennedy and he died in 1999. She was also preceded in death by a brother Walter Vanatta, her son George Timothy Huber in 2014 and daughter Lisa K. Huber in 2015.
JoAnne worked as a clerk at the Bellefontaine Municipal Court and as a secretary for her husband at Bellefontaine Memorial Studio.
JoAnne is survived by a grandson Matthew Huber of Dallas, Texas; great-grandchildren: Haley and Harrison; a granddaughter Jennifer (Wesley Bach) Feller of Bellefontaine; and great-grandchildren: Brylee and Brentlee Bach.
Pastor Jim Ellington will officiate a graveside service on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 12:30pm in the Shelter Building at Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center.
The Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Bellefontaine assisted the family with arrangements.
