Gary L. Jenkins

Gary L. Jenkins, age 74, of Huntsville, Ohio passed away at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

He was born in Bellefontaine June 29, 1943, to the late Irvin “Cy” and Lois (Brooks) Jenkins. Gary was also preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Countryman; a half-brother, Gene Jenkins and a nephew, Casey Countryman.

He is survived by his sisters, Joan Dowell of Huntsville, Sharon Cox of West Liberty, Ohio and Karen Jenkins of Bellefontaine; eight nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Gary enjoyed riding his bicycle in his early years. He also liked trains and reading books about them. Most of all, he enjoyed being around his family. All who knew Gary, will miss him.

A graveside service will be held Monday, March 5, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Huntsville Cemetery.

The arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
