Glen Anthony Lemoine

Glen Anthony Lemoine, age 64, of Belle Center, passed away at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Opelousas, Louisiana, on April 18, 1953 to the late William and Rita Lemoine.

On December 11, 1982, in Opelousas, Louisiana, he married the former, Kathy Quebedeaux and she survives.

He is also survived by his children, William Russel (Leeann) Lemoine, Thomas Anthony (Shabria) Lemoine, and Christine Kay (Andrew) MacConnell; grandchildren, William, Breanne, Jayme, and Abigail Lemoine, and Audrey MacConnell; daughter-in-law, Ashley C. Starr; sister, Phyllis (Michael) Bourque; brother, Phillip (Lisa) Lemoine; and many nieces and nephews.

Glen enjoyed racing, and especially drag racing.  He was a member of the NHRA and the Knights of Columbus in Louisiana.  Glen loved soccer and started the soccer association in Opelousas. He was also an avid New Orleans Saints fan.  All who knew, Glen, will truly miss him.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth Street, Belle Center. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center.
