Helen Clevenger

Helen M. Clevenger, age 64, of DeGraff, Ohio, passed away at 12:05 A.M. Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

She was born in Springfield, Ohio February 9, 1950, to the late Lowell and Norma (Krueger) Houston.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Kevin Damewood; one sister and two brothers.

She is survived by four children, Jim (Connie) Clevenger of DeGraff, June (Jon) Farmer of Huntsville, Ohio, John Clevenger of Bellefontaine and Joe (Jamie) Clevenger of Plymouth, Massachusetts; four grandchildren, Linsey Downing, Shaana Downing, Robby Benedict and Kory Clevenger.

Helen had worked as the clerk for the Village of DeGraff for several years. She enjoyed reading and had a passion for cooking.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to Marty McCafferty for the exceptional care and support she provided to Helen during the past year.

A memorial service will be conducted at the convenience of the family.

The funeral arrangements were in the care of the staff of the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff.
