Helen Williams

Helen Joyce Williams, 82, formerly of Middleburg, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Green Hills Center, West Liberty.

She was born on December 31, 1932 in Logan County, a daughter of the late Henry and Louise Burnside. She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Michael Dean Fischer and several brothers and sisters.

She was married to her first husband, Marvin Fischer and he preceded her in death. She then married Bob Williams and he also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her sons, Robert (Carmen) Fischer of East Liberty and Gary Fischer of North Lewisburg; grandchildren, Blaine Fischer, Corey (Jess) Fischer, Casey (Denton) Plikerd and Christian Fischer; 2 great-grandchildren, Mike and Mason; a sister, Rita (Jack) Hardman of East Liberty and a brother, Eldon Burnside of Bellefontaine.

She worked at Hardings in East Liberty for many years before retiring and had formerly attended the East Liberty Church of Christ.

Pastor Cheryl Siegenthaler will officiate a funeral service on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Bellefontaine at 11:00am where friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery, Marysville.
