Herbert Hamilton

Herbert L. Hamilton, 81, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009 at the Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine. He was born January 3, 1928 to the late William T. and Dorothea C. (Mills) Hamilton in Yellow Springs, Ohio.

Surviving is a son, Michael Guy of Powell, Ohio; a brother, Gail E. (Gloria) Hamilton; a sister, Joyce Hassel, both of Bellefontaine. He was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Hamilton.

Herbert served in the United States Air Force and worked as an air craft maintenance personnel.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 2, 2009 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery, with Gene Marine officiating.

The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 3797 Summit Glen Drive Suite G100 Dayton, OH 45449

The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the arrangements.
