Hilda Marie Pash, 92, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2009, at the Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine. She was born August 5, 1917 in Delphos, Ohio, to the late Benjamin and Agusta (Little) Lewis.
On February 24, 1936 she married Charles E. Pash is Yellow Springs, Ohio, and he preceded her in death in 1979. Also deceased is a son, Edgar “Sonny” A. Pash who passed away in 1994, a victim of Lou Gehrig’s disease, and a brother, Don E. Lewis.
Surviving is a daughter, Sally (Ralph) Graves of Deming, New Mexico; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A retired beautician, Hilda worked the election polls for 15 years. She was a 1935 graduate of Belle Center High School and attended the First Church of God and the Church of the Brethren in Bellefontaine. She was also a member of the Senior Citizens.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, December 23, 2009, from noon to 1 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. There will be a graveside service at 1:15 following the visitation at the Bellefontaine Cemetery, with Bill Prater officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis 27001 Agoura Road Suite 250 Calabasas Hills, CA 92301-5104
