Ivan Losey
Ivan Howard Losey, 63, formerly of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at the Kings Daughters Hospital in Ashland, Kentucky.
He was born January 20, 1951, in Bellefontaine to the late Ivan O. and Zella Ann (Carpenter) Losey. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Connie L. Vice.
Surviving is his daughter, Diana M. Losey of Bellefontaine; three grandchildren, Charity, Kristina and Bradley; his siblings, Ruth Ann (Kenneth) Cundey of Social Circle, Georgia and Thomas (Rebecca) Losey of Bellefontaine, and many nieces and nephews.
A 1970 graduate of Logan Hills High School, Ivan worked at DAB, Carter Steel and Midwest Express.
He attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Bellefontaine and the Galilee Lutheran Church in Russells Point, Ohio. Ivan liked to fish and enjoyed cars and working on them.
Pastor Larry Brown will officiate the 2:00 P.M. funeral service Saturday, March 8, 2014, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in West Liberty, Ohio where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty.
