Jacob Robert Wheeler

Jacob Robert Wheeler, 34, of West Liberty, Ohio passed away at 2:03 p.m. October 8, 2021 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born in Howell, Michigan March 8, 1987, a son of Robert Joseph and Cheryl Ann (Williams) Wheeler of DeGraff, Ohio.

On June 20, 2015, Jacob married the former Tiffany Brook Caudill in Huntsville, Ohio and she survives along with their children Noah and Grace; a brother, Jeremiah (Rebecca) Wheeler of DeGraff; three nieces and nephews, Natalie, Chase and Avery; his grandfather, Harold Eugene Williams Jr. of Houghton Lake, Michigan along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jacob had worked as a carman and welder for CSX Railroad. He was a wonderful Christian father, husband and son who enjoyed family time, raising his children, John Deere tractors, trucks, riding ATVs and shooting bow and guns.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, October 15, 2021 and Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Bellefontaine Grace Church in Bellefontaine, where Pastors Daniel O’Kane and Bill Prater will officiate the funeral service Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

Burial will follow the funeral service at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jacob’s memory to Tiffany Wheeler for the establishment of a college fund for Noah and Grace.
