Jane Chamberlin

Jane L. Chamberlin, 78, of Belle Center, passed away at 6:40 p.m. on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Mary Rutan Hospital. She was born in Roundhead, Ohio on March 13, 1938 to the late Guy and Ruby (Fry) Harvey. On July 16, 2005, she married Joseph Chamberlin and he survives.

She is also survived by her children, Jerry (Lois) Davis of Wapakoneta, Steven (Teresa) Davis of Lima, Charlotte (Tom) Brill of West Mansfield, Denise (Robert) Murphy of Urbana, Dennis (Paula) Davis of Wapakoneta, Christopher (Terri) Davis of Bellefontaine, Kevin (Christy) Davis of Marysville, and Deanna Moore of St. Marys; step-children, Brian Chamberlin of Lima and Missie Chamberlin of Upper Sandusky; 23 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 3 on the way; sister, June Koenig of Lima; brother, Garland Harvey of Mansfield; sisters-in-law, Patty Bechtel, Julie Varner, Candi (Jerry) Britain, all of Belle Center, and Carol (Bob) Wilt of Kenton; brothers-in-law, Ronnie Chamberlin, Terry (Connie) Chamberlin, both of Bellefontaine, and Raymond Chamberlin of Belle Center; and many nieces and nephews.

A sister, Cora Bell Wortman and a brother, George Harvey preceded her in death.

Jane retired from Hardin County Nursing Home and attended the Reform Presbyterian Church in Belle Center. She loved camping, gardening, canning, watching QVC and taking trips. Jane was very passionate about helping others and spending time watching her grandkids sporting events.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2017 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth Street, Belle Center. Visitation will be Friday, March 3rd from 9 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center.
