Jane Cotterman

Jane Elizabeth Cotterman, 66 of Bellefontaine, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Logan Acres.

She was born on December 27, 1949 in LaFollette, TN to the late Harley and Marge (Price) Cotterman.

Jane is survived by her brother, David (Jean) Cotterman of Huntsville; nieces, Denise (Tom) Hurley of Huntsville, Darla Chismar of Lewistown; great nieces and nephews, Sara Arvin, Tyler Arvin, Tim Arvin, Brooke Chismar, Olivia Chismar and Lindsey Chismar; two great-great-nieces, Gabriella Hoberty and Adalynn Snipes and great-great-nephew, Ayden Rhoades.

Jane retired from RTC, formally Ludlow Center after 45 years of service, where she was active in the senior program. Janie enjoyed over the years camping and fishing with her parents. Those who knew her never left without a homemade beaded necklace. She also enjoyed practicing her mathematic exercises and loved to brag that her oldest niece, Denise, and her shared the same birthday. Janie loved her cat and her family and looked forward to spending time with them.

A special thanks to all the staff at Logan Acres over the last 14 years for being a part of her family.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 321 North Main Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311 where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery, West Liberty.
