Janice Wolford

Jenny K. Wolford, 76, of Huntsville, passed away at 2:56 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima. She was born in St. Marys, Ohio on March 7, 1940 to the late Earl Waitman and Edna Oma (Guffey) Cox. On August 9, 1957, she married Darrel Wolford and he survives.

She is also survived by two daughters, Tamara Bickham of Huntsville, Pamela (Joe) Hershberger of Bellefontaine; a son, Jeffrey (Belinda) Wolford of West Mansfield; grandchildren, Jonathan Doup, Nick (Erica) Hershberger, Colin Hershberger, Jennifer Bickham, and Danielle Widmark; great grandchildren, Alaina and Farrah Hershberger; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jenny was preceded in death by her siblings, Wilma, Betsy, and William.

Jenny attended Indian Lake Community Church in Russells Point. She enjoyed being around her grandchildren and great grandchildren. In her early years, she loved cooking, sewing, taking all her children to horse shows, and her daughters to baton competitions.

Pastor Jim Ellington and Pastor Karen Blackburn will officiate a funeral service at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Huntsville Cemetery.
