Jason Lee Douglas

Jason Lee Douglas, 52, formerly of Sidney, sadly left his family and friends on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Jason passed away from cancer and is survived by his wife, Patricia Douglas, his father, Jimmie Douglas, his stepmother, Rebecca Douglas, his mother, Mary Sickles, his stepfather, Jeff Sickles, three sons, Jason Jr., Robert, and Travis Douglas, his four daughters, Seneca Douglas, Courtney Douglas, Lisa Six, and Brenda Six, four sisters, Jamie Douglas, Elizabeth Douglas, Kelly Sickles, and Billy Jo Sickles, three brothers, Jeremy Douglas, James Douglas, and Jeff Sickles, Jr.  He also had 13 grandchildren.

A Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the Hardin United Methodist Church, 6073 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, Sidney, Ohio 45365.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
