Jolecia Marie Foulk, age 15 months, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away at 11:07 P.M. Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

She was born in Columbus, Ohio January 4, 2013, to Kyle and Amber (Sheriff) Foulk who survive in Bellefontaine.

She is also survived by three siblings, Aundrea age 9, Kaiden age 6 and Jaylinn age 4; maternal grandparents, Gina and Dave Roth of Bellefontaine and Jim Sheriff III of DeGraff, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Kenny and Teresa Foulk of Bellefontaine; maternal great grandparents, Helen and Eldon Prater of Mt. Victory, Ohio and Jim and Deb Sheriff of DeGraff; paternal great grandmother, Mary Foulk of Bellefontaine, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal great grandfather, Junior Foulk and paternal great grandmother, Opal Marshall.

Despite her congenital medical concerns, Jolecia was a fighter and still had a smile on her face.

Pastor Robin Ricks will officiate the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Calling hours will be held Monday, April 21, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine.

The funeral arrangements were in care of the staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine.
