Judith Ann Park

Judith Ann Park, age 72, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.

She was born February 2, 1942 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late N.J. and Pauline (Peters) Happensack. Also preceding her in death was a brother, James Happensack.

On July 2, 1960, she married Larry L. Park at the Resurrection Catholic Church in Dayton, and he survives along with their children, Kimbra (Daryn) Magann of Marysville, Ohio, Martin (Linda) Park of Rensselaer, Indiana and Matthew (Sabrina) Park of Lake Oswego, Oregon; four grandchildren, Lindsey, Lesley, Ethan and McKenzie; a sister, Joan (Tom) Wair of Union, Ohio and her sister-in-law, Rosemary Happensack of Delaware, Ohio.

A 1960 graduate of Trotwood Madison High School, Judy was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bellefontaine, St. Teresa Study Club, a former member of the Farm Bureau Council #28 and was a 4-H advisor. Judy worked for the Bellefontaine City Schools in food services.

She loved her cats, flowers, going to The Ohio State Football games but she especially loved and enjoyed her grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, September 11, 2014, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 12, 2014 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bellefontaine led by Rev. Patrick F. Sheridan. Interment will be at the Bellefontaine Cemetery in Bellefontaine.
