Judy Ann Mabry, age 61, of Lakeview, Ohio, passed away with peace and dignity surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
She was born in Dayton, Kentucky June 2, 1953, to the late Ervin Leopold and Lena (Spradlin) Blanton. A granddaughter, Brittany Burks also preceded her in death.
On February 3, 1994, she married her husband of twenty years, Daniel Mabry and he survives.
She is also survived by her children Ronald (Chandra) Burks of Ridgeway, Ohio, Michael (Genny) Muns of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Melissa Cole of Lakeview, Brian Bogolin of Grove City, Ohio and Chandler Mabry of Odenville, Alabama; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; five sisters, Trina (Delbert) Logsdon of Bonnieville, Kentucky, Tina Fitzgerald of Kentucky, Elizabeth (Michael) Smith of Lebanon, Ohio, Tammy Leopold of Independence, Kentucky and Regina Leopold of Milford, Ohio; a brother, Dean Leopold of South Lebanon, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A homemaker, Judy was well-known as “Star” by all of her online gaming friends. She was a lover of all animals and simply loved life in general.
Judy was a beautiful woman in many ways. She was devoted to her children and was an amazing wife and grandmother. She will be missed by all who have known and loved her.
Pastor David Mabry will conduct a memorial service at 5:00 P.M. Sunday, July 13 2014, at the Bellefontaine Masonic Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Calling hours will be two hours prior to the service.
The funeral arrangements were in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine.
