Judy McCafferty

Judy McCafferty, 69, of DeGraff, Ohio passed away Friday, March 31, 2017 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio. She was born in Bellefontaine June 12, 1947, to the late Robert E. Jackson and Martha Jackson, who survives.

In October 1970, she married Samuel H. McCafferty and he preceded her in death March 25, 1990.

She is survived by her daughter, Keri Jo (Gabe) Kean; a granddaughter, Anika Kean; siblings, Robert (Lina) Jackson, William “Bub” (Lynda) Jackson, Sue Kelly, and her special sister, Maralyn (Jim) DeLong; nieces and nephews, Julie (Tom) Whitehead and family, Jim (Diana) Kelly, Jana (Rick) Core, and her favorite nephew, Todd (Holly) DeLong.

Judy worked at Marie’s Candies in West Liberty, Ohio for twenty five years. Her family and all who loved her will sorely miss her.

Per Judy’s request, there will be no services.  Her family requests that you please consider being a tissue, eye, and organ donor.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff.
