Karen Glaze

Karen S. Glaze, 54, of Huntsville, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born September 26, 1954, in Lima, Ohio to William R. and Helen J. (Lanning) Heckman of Cridersville, Ohio.

On May 5, 1972, she married Wilford “Will” Glaze in Allentown, Ohio, and he survives along with their children, Steve (Stephanie) Glaze and Diane (David) Jacobs both of Marysville, Ohio. Also surviving is a brother, William (Linda) Heckman of Indianapolis, Indiana; two sisters, Joyce (Bruce) Merry of Shawnee and Vicki (Terry) Selby of Lima; and three grandchildren, Allison and Abigail Jacobs and Trent Glaze all of Marysville.

A sister, Bobby June Heckman preceded her in death.

Karen was a 1972 graduate of Lima Bath High School and worked for Honda of America in Marysville as a Senior Cost Analyst.

Pastor John James will conduct the funeral service at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, August 8, 2009, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Calling hours are from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. on Friday, August 7, 2009. Burial will be in the Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Ohio.
