Karen Lee Jacobs

Karen Lee Jacobs, 80, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 1:25 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born on September 22, 1942, to the late Robert and Rosalene Andrews. Karen was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Jacobs and a son, Richard Brown.

Karen is survived by children: Joseph (Bobbie) Brown of Urbana, Dwight Brown of Urbana, William (Gerald W.) Brown of Cable, and Buffy (Jeremy) Packard of Mechanicsburg; Step-children: Annette (Jim) Briggs of Russells Point and Wayne Jacobs of Bellefontaine; sisters: Janet and Sheila; a uncle, Bill Andrews of Hamilton; 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Karen was a member of Christ Our King church. She enjoyed crocheting, solving crossword puzzles, and singing hymns.

Pastor Robin Ricks will officiate a graveside service on December 28, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in Zanesfield Cemetery. A celebration of life will take place on December 29, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Mechanicsburg Christian Fellowship Church, 4401 Allison Road, Mechanicsburg, Ohio 43044.
