Karen “Kay” Eileen Morgan, 66, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013 at her residence.
She was born March 8, 1947 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, a daughter of the late Clark E. and Betty Jane (Garver) Sheeley. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Clark Sheeley.
On September 2, 1978 in Huntsville, Ohio, she married Danny Alan Morgan and he survives in Bellefontaine along with a son, Charles (Beth) Ragland of Bellefontaine; a step-son, John A. (Melanie) Morgan of Bellefontaine; a step-daughter, Neoma Price of Bellefontaine; step-grandchildren, Curtis Morgan, Jonathon Morgan, Tierra Morgan, Dani Miller, Cody Jarrett, Dustin Jarrett; a step-great-grandchild, Landyn Zayne Jarrett and a cousin, Sharon Maxwell who was a very dedicated cousin and friend.
Kay retired as an assembler with Siemens in Bellefontaine and also worked at Morgan Tool and Die. She was an avid golfer and longtime member of the V.F.W. Post #1080 Ladies Auxiliary in Bellefontaine.
Interment will be at the Huntsville Cemetery at a later date.
