Biography

Kathleen A. Wilcoxon, 66, of West Liberty, passed away at 7:42 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Green Hills Care Center in West Liberty. She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on May 30, 1949 to the late James and Mary Louise (Diehr) Harshfield.

On February 6, 1971 Kathleen married Robert L. Wilcoxon in Bellefontaine, Ohio and he preceded her in death on July 29, 2003. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Roger Harshfield.

She is survived by her four sons, Terry (Amy) Wilcoxon, Aaron (Elizabeth) Wilcoxon, Dan (Monica) Wilcoxon and Jeff (Tessa) Wilcoxon; seven grandchildren, Reese, Noah, Riley, Maggie, Jacob, Miles and Josh; a sister, Barbara Kingrey; a brother, Greg (Judy) Harshfield; two nieces and three nephews.

A homemaker, Kathleen was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bellefontaine. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, May 30, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 101 Zanesfield Road, West Liberty. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31st at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
