Larry Eugene Powers

Larry Eugene Powers, age 44, of Russells Point, Ohio passed away Friday August 18, 2017 at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

He was born in Lapeer, Michigan May 13, 1973, a son of the late Larry Leonard and Mary Jo (Neibler) Powers.  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Karena (Snow) Lindamoore.

He is survived by his fiancé of twenty five years, Teresa Cole of Russells Point; two daughters, Kayla (Alan Baughman) Powers of Bellefontaine, Ohio and Samantha Powers of Russells Point; a granddaughter, Mary Jo Baughman; four sisters, Kindra (Mark Ward) Mills of Bellefontaine, Bobbi Spofford of Lancaster, Ohio, Cassie Powers of Michigan and Lori Osborn of Texas; a brother, Lowell Powers of Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.

Larry had worked as a truck driver and had always been interested in semi-trucks.  He enjoyed building and collecting model vehicles as well as playing X Box.  Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially, his children and granddaughter.

His body was cremated and there are no planned services.

The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine assisted the family with the cremation arrangements.
