Lauren Willoby

Lauren D. “Bud” Willoby, 74, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine. He was born June 27, 1936 in Lynn Township in Hardin County Ohio, to the late Arthur M. and Edna (Shepard) Willoby.

He is survived by a son, Terry (Linda) Willoby of New Carlisle, Ohio; a brother, John R. Willoby of Lake Havasu City, Arizona; sisters, Eloise Mitchell of Reading, Pennsylvania, and Mary Booze of Baltimore, Maryland; two grandchildren, Austin and Teaque, and four great grandchildren, Matt, Brandie, Donald & Genavieve. A brother, Richard Willoby, preceded him in death.

Bud worked for Acrux and was a security guard at Honda of American. He retired as an inspector from DAB. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post #1080, American Legion Post #173, and Eagles #2166.

Per his request and wishes, his body was cremated and there will be no services. The staff at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements.
