Mable Bennett

Mabel Bennett, 83, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Friday, March 13, 2009, at Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine. She was born July 27, 1925, in Coretta, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Burley and Rachel Neunchester Clifton.

On September 15, 1945, she married Ulas L. Bennett in Lima, Ohio, and he preceded her in death in December 1998.

Survivors include a son, Charles A. (Jane) Bennett of Huntsville, Ohio; two daughters, Loretta Johnson of Florida and Elizabeth (James) Wireman of Belle Center, Ohio; six grandchildren, Scott Johnson, Amy Wireman, and Lisa, David, Steve and Ryan Bennett; and three great-grandchildren.

She worked for Westinghouse in Bellefontaine for 10 years.
