Margaret M. (Baughman) Robb, 91, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, went to be with Jesus Thursday, September 26, 2013 from The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born January 12, 1922, in Hardin County, Ohio to the late Carl and Mattie (Hites) Baughman.
On September 5, 1937, she married Robert T. Robb in Belle Center, Ohio and he preceded her in death November 9, 1979. She was also preceded in death by a son Paul Robb, January 4, 2011; a sister, Dorcas (Robb) Tannehill, and two brothers, Harold and Arthur Baughman.
Surviving are their children, Geneva (Charles) Williams of Edenton, North Carolina and Ken Robb of Bellefontaine; a special daughter, Phyllis Robb of Bellefontaine; grandchildren, Melody (Tom) Gatchel of Bellefontaine, Robert Williams of Richmond, Virginia, Beverly (Tom) Jarrett of Bellefontaine, Paula (Jim) Streit of Boise, Idaho and Randy (Shawn) Robb of Urbana, Ohio; seven great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren, and three sisters, Ada Robb of Bellefontaine, Vivian (Foster) Schrader of Belle Center, Ohio and Joan Heminger of Bellefontaine.
A homemaker, Margaret was a member of the Belle Center Church of Christ where she was a member of the Always Welcome Sunday School Class. She served on the Kitchen, Flower and Encouragement Team committees at the church as well as helping with Vacation Bible School. She loved calling her friends on the phone and sending cards on special occasions.
Pastors John Watkins and Dean Wasson will officiate the 10:00 A.M. funeral service Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling hours will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday, September 30, 2013. Interment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center, Ohio.
