On the morning of March 19, 2022, Marilyn Sue Anderson of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away at Ayden Healthcare of Belle Springs.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her father Dr. Howard E. Holsberry Jr. and is survived by her brother Shawn Holsberry, daughter Tisha Anderson, her son Nathaniel (Mindy) Spencer, her mother Sharon Holsberry, and her fur babies Buttons and Bella.
Marilyn was born in Springfield, Ohio, on September 14th, 1959, and was a graduate of Indian Lake High School, Class of 1977. She loved watching and identifying local birds and always had a story to share about the latest nesting activities surrounding the season’s first eggs. She cared for many pets over the years - several stray cats, a couple rescued Dalmatians, and even a handful of succulents too.
Marilyn enjoyed scary movies, country music, Dr. Pol, jigsaw puzzles, and Candy Crush in her free time. She was hardworking, diligent, and stubborn as hell. Marilyn never gave up, even when the deck was clearly stacked against her. She may have developed a tough exterior while on this earth but her heart was always as free as her spirit now gets to be.
Rest In Peace Mom. We love you.
