Marjorie A. Burch

Marjorie A. “Marge” Burch, age 80, of Jackson Center, Ohio passed away at 2:58 A.M. Monday, September 25, 2017 at Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, Ohio. She was born in Darke County Ohio May 2, 1937, to the late William H. and Lottie (Barga) Midlam.

On July 16, 1955, Marge married Marvin J. Burch and he preceded her in death on February 22, 2006. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Marian Burke.

Marge is survived by her daughter, Sue (Ryan) Ludwig of Jackson Center; two sons, Dave (Sheila) Burch of Jackson Center and Chris (Rhonda) Burch of Quincy, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Penny (Greg) Borchers, Mark (Lindsay) Burch, Matt (Kathryn) Klopfenstein, Melissa (Jake) Westerheide, Ross Ludwig, Christy (Nate) Koenig,  and Carly (Kurtis) Shipp; ten great grandchildren, Austin and Jacob Borchers, Lorali and Colton Klopfenstein, Kyle and Julia Burch, Graci and Kenner Westerheide, Everly Koenig, and Layton Shipp; a sister, Donna Williams of DeGraff, Ohio and several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

A member of Grace Lutheran Church, Marge worked several years at Holloway Sportswear in Jackson Center. She enjoyed being at home and spending time with her family.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 P.M. Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center. Rev. Dr. Cathi Braasch will officiate the funeral service at 11:00 A. Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Grace Lutheran Church in Jackson Center where visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service. Burial will follow at the Glen Cemetery in Port Jefferson, Ohio.

The funeral arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Jackson Center.
