Mary Louise Bell, 91, of Kenton passed away Sunday morning, January 4, 2015 at 5:30am at Logan Acres Care Center. She was born in Hardin County to the late Harold and Monte (Vermillion) Gardner.
On January 30, 1943 she married Francis H. Bell in Kenton and he preceded her in death on December 28, 2014. They would have celebrated their 72nd wedding anniversary this January 30th. She was also preceded in death by a sister Ruth Grunden.
Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Belle Center Church of Christ. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, canning and baking for her family. She and her husband loved to travel and spend time in Florida.
Mary is survived by her four children; Judy (Lewis) Hanna of Kenton, David (Sandra) Bell of Bellefontaine, Stephen (Donna) Bell of Ridgeway, Kevin (Cathy) Bell of Zanesfield; nine grandchildren, John, Scott, Tiffany, Matthew, Marcia, Amanda, Kyle, Lisa and Brad; seven great grandchildren, Alyssa, Cody, Megan, Michael, Addison, Parker and Seth; two great-great grandchildren Ryleigh and Grayson; a sister, Rosalea (Don) Jimison of Bowling Green; special friends Joe & Emma Krock of Kenton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pastor Dean Wasson will officiate a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth Street, Belle Center. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 until 8 pm. and on Thursday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center.
