Mary Agnes Dillon, 95, of Belle Center, Ohio, passed away at 6:40 P.M. Monday, October 31, 2011, at Heartland of Bellefontaine. She was born December 4, 1915 in Logan County, a daughter of the late George I. and M. Agnes (Stout) Dillon. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Fisher and brothers, Emerson and Russell Dillon and an infant brother.

She is survived by nieces, Melva (Bill) Ricketts of Belle Center, Rose Mary (Larry) Wendling of Urbana, Ohio; great-nieces and nephews, Jane (Gregg) Watkins, Amy (Robert) Sellman, Kelly Wendling and David (Heidi) Ricketts.

A 1933 graduate of Belle Center High School, she worked for Huntington National Bank as a teller for twenty seven years and also in the office at the Belle Center Creamery for twenty seven years. She was a member of the Belle Center United Methodist Church, where she was the treasurer for twenty five years and a member of the Women’s Society of the church. She was also a member of Kings Daughters and the Ladies Auxiliary of Belle Center American Legion.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Fairview McDonald Cemetery in Hardin County Ohio.

The staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Belle Center handled the arrangements.
