Mary Hill

Mary B. Hill, 85, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away at 4:05 P.M. Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.

She was born in Bellefontaine September 22, 2013, to the late Alfred Earl and Golda Mae (Loman) Abel. She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Alan Hill.

On March 12, 1954, she married Clayton W. Hill in Richmond, Indiana and he survives. She is also survived by her son, Laurence (Bonnie) Hill of Bellefontaine; a granddaughter, Dr. Shawna (Keith) Franey of Euclid, Ohio; a great granddaughter, Camryn Lynnae Franey; a sister, Virginia Ann Draper of Urbana, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews.

A 1946 graduate of Bellefontaine High School, Mary worked for the G.C. Murphy Company for over forty years.

Calling hours will be held Friday, September 20, 2013 from 5 to 8 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Rev. A.W. Purdin will officiate the funeral service Saturday, September 21, 2013, at 1:00 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.

The funeral arrangements were in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine.
