Mary Yoder
Mary Jeanette Yoder, 86, formerly of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away Tuesday morning, March 5, 2013 at Worthington Christian Village in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born in West Liberty April 20, 1926, to the late John L. and Bertha K. (Krabill) Yoder. On June 7, 1947, married Daniel J. Yoder in West Liberty and he preceded her in death in 2001. Mary Jeanette was also preceded in death by two sons, Eric D. Yoder in 2009 and Gregory A. Yoder in 2012, three brothers and two sisters.
Mary Jeanette is survived by her children, Joan (Peter) Macrae of Worthington, Ohio and David (Mari) Yoder of Archbold, Ohio; eight grandchildren; a sister, Carolyn (Maynard) Sauder of Archbold, and many nieces and nephews.
Mary Jeanette retired from the Bellefontaine City Schools where she was a teacher for twenty five years. She was a member of the South Union Mennonite Church and loved spending time with her family.
Pastor Jeff Bartlett will officiate the funeral service Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the South Union Mennonite Church. Interment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty at 10:30 A.M. prior to the funeral. Calling hours are Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in West Liberty from 5-7 P.M.
