Michael Ray Hipple

Michael Ray Hipple, 77, of West Mansfield, Ohio and formerly of Biggsville, Illinois, passed away peacefully at 7:10 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at his home. He was born in Canton, Illinois on November 22, 1947, a son of the late Ray William Hipple and Mary Elizabeth (Reed) Hipple.

On January 27, 1968, Mike married Janis “Jan” K. (Probyn) Hipple in Canton, Illinois and she preceded him in death on April 8, 2021.

Mike is survived by three daughters, Lori Hobbs, Trisha (John) Newland, and Alison Jones; six grandchildren, Hillary (Caleb), Taylor, Levi, Cole, Jack, Mia; four great grandchildren, Jayden, Audrey, Felix, Jax; and best friends, Bill & Judy Francis.

Mike retired from Navistar and enjoyed traveling for fishing trips, hunting, and hot rods, especially his 1970 Challenger.

Per Mike’s request, there will be no public services.
