Nadine M. Roberts

Nadine Mary'e Roberts, 59, Bellefontaine, passed away at 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, December 1,2022 at Ayden Health Care of Belle Springs, Bellefontaine.

She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, on June 9,1963, the daughter of the late Lawrence "Foxy" A. Ratleff, Sr. and Norma Jean (Bayless) Ratleff.

She is survived by her four children: Latasha Roberts of Ohio, Keith (Tessa) Roberts, Jr. of IL, Jeannie Roberts of OH, Keisha Roberts of MO and six grandchildren: Anthoni, Kaia, Keith III, Traevon, Alexavier,  Serenity, her siblings: Lawrence (Elaine) Ratleff, Jr. of OH, Marilyn Sue (Tony) Wilson of OH, Datha Purnell of OH, Kenneth Edward (April) Ratleff of OH, Tonya Ratleff of OH, her lifelong friends: Tonia Rogan, Christina Williams, Candy Brown, Lorretta Walburg, Jerry Haywood, and her special caregiver & cousin, Marsha Rockhold-Scipio, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Nadine worked as a homemaker and loved to cook, to play cards, and to watch classic movies.  She was a fan of old school music and enjoyed telling stories with her friends and family.  She had a beautiful smile and loved her cats and was affectionately known by her family as "Little Norma Jean" or "Dino".  She enjoyed family gatherings and would always refer to her nephews as "bouie" or "bookers".

Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2022, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 321 N. Main St., Bellefontaine, OH, where Pastors Karen Cane and Settle W. Townsend, Jr. will officiate a funeral service at 3:00 p.m., on Sunday, immediately following the visitation.
