Nancye C. Trimble, 75, of Ray, Ohio, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2009, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born September 25, 1933, a daughter of the late Arnold and Emma Brown. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur L. Shepard.
On June 17, 1972, she married Patrick C. Trimble in West Liberty, Ohio, and he survives along with a son, Ralph W. (Marie) Shepard of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a daughter, Susan (Wil) Lahman of Bellefontaine, Ohio; four grandchildren, Angela Smith, Andrew Smith, Elizabeth Shepard and John (Megan) Shepard; two step-grandchildren, Jeremy (Sara) Lahman and Kylene (Brock) Swonguer; one step great-grandchild Avery Lahman; siblings, Sara Woodruff of Florida, Jane (Joe) Dwonkowski of Alabama, Gene (Sharon) Brown of Dublin, Ohio, Martha Poland of Grove City, Ohio, Jeanette (Rick) Zerkle of West Liberty, Kaye (Dennis) Garlington of Dublin, Kathleen (Pete) Petrella of Georgia, Marilyn (Larry) Fischer of Nebraska, Carole (Pete) Cooper of Pickerington and many nieces and nephews.
She and her husband, Dr. Trimble, owned and managed a chiropractic and rehabilitation office in Coalton, Ohio for 31 years. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and crafting. But most of all, she loved being surrounded by her many family members. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Calling hours are from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M., Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Pastor Timothy Reeves will conduct the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at the West Liberty United Methodist Church in West Liberty. Burial is at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
