Nettie Hudson

Nettie A. Hudson, 77, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away at 2:57 P.M. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

She was born in Bellefontaine February 4, 1936, to the late Roy and Mabel (Wright) Farmer. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Monroe, Rodney and Donald.

On November 12, 1954, she married Gerald “Gary” Hudson and he survives. She is also survived by her children, Robert (JoAnne) Hudson of Bellefontaine, Pam (James) Breitigam of St. Henry, Ohio, Mark (Gaylene) Hudson of Sarasota, Florida; grandchildren, Brad Hudson, Stacy McCullough, Morgan Breitigam, Jodi (Craig) Goggil, Julie (Chris) Clark, Jamie (Charlie) Gruber; great-grandchildren, James Hudson, Emma and Paige McCullough and Owen Goggil; a step-granddaughter, Jill (Brandon) Stevens; a step-great granddaughter, Thatcher and a brother, John Farmer of Georgia;

She was retired from ITE in Bellefontaine.

She was a member of the Gretna Brethren Church and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed reading, playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends.

Pastor Larry Brown will officiate the funeral service Monday, March 25, 2013 at 11 A.M. at the Gretna Brethren Church in Bellefontaine. Calling hours will be held Sunday, March 24, 2013 from 2 to 5 P.M. at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. Interment will be at the Huber Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio.

The funeral arrangements were handled by the staff of the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine.
