Noan Hullinger

Noan Bee Hullinger, 87, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Monday afternoon, April 21, 2014 at Green Community in West Liberty, Ohio.

She was born in Toledo, Ohio August 17, 1926, to the late Louis and Helen (Wirick) Schumacher. Noan married Richard Irvin Hullinger November 25, 1950 in Angola, Indiana, and preceded her in death June 20, 1971. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Schumacher.

She is survived by her sons, Gary Alan and James Lee (Lori) Hullinger, both of Bellefontaine; a grandson, Cody Hullinger of Bellefontaine; a sister, Judith (Herb) Medley of Toledo; two nieces; two nephews; numerous cousins and a special friend, Nellie Snider of Bellefontaine.

Noan worked many years at Huntington National Bank in Bellefontaine as a teller before retiring in the early 1980’s. She enjoyed crafts, Big Band music, old movies and watching NASCAR. Spending time with family and friends especially her grandson, was a favorite for Noan.

Calling hours will be held at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine Thursday, April 24, 2014, from 4 to 7 P.M. where Pastor Jonathon Bull will officiate the funeral service Friday, April 25, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty.
