Nora Jane Sale

Nora Jane Sale, 76, of Quincy, passed away at 2:06 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Fair Haven Shelby County Home in Sidney, Ohio. She was born on September 11, 1948, in Sidney, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ora Cecil Stewart and Erma Mae (Marsh) Stewart Davis.

On March 16, 1968, Nora married Wayne Allen Sale in Quincy, Ohio and he preceded her in death on September 10, 2022. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Tony Stewart, and Nick Stewart.

Nora is survived by her two children, Byron (Shari) Sale, and Tammy (David) Craig; five grandchildren, Alex Sale, Katrina (Skyler) Sullivan, Zach Sale, Cody Craig, and Channon Collins; four great grandchildren, Skylar Sale, Hunter Sale, Waylon Sale, and Weston Sullivan; two sisters, Susie Laber, and Mary Jewel James; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Nora retired from Copeland in Sidney where she had worked as a tow motor operator. She loved spending time with her family, especially while attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and extracurricular activities.

A private graveside service will be held in Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco, Ohio at the convenience of the family.
