Norma Jennings

Norma L. Jennings, 80, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine. She was born January 17, 1930 in Bellefontaine, to the late Wilbert E. and Edna E. (Moiser) Lowe.

On September 9, 1960 she married Robert E. Jennings Sr. in Bellefontaine, and he preceded her in death December 15, 2000. Also preceding her in death was a sister, Millicent Jean Horton and a half brother, William A. Lowe.

She is survived by sons, Robert E. Jennings Jr. of Bellefontaine and Emmett (Teresa) Jennings of West Liberty, Ohio; daughters, Ruth (Tony) Adams of Kenton, Ohio, and Elizabeth (Greg) Brown of Bellefontaine; a brother, John Lowe of Bellefontaine; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Norma attended the First Church of God in Bellefontaine. She enjoyed walking, working in her flower garden and crocheting. She worked for the Logan County Fair for many years.

The staff at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine handled the arrangements. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the family. An account has been established at Citizen's Federal Savings & Loan in Bellefontaine in memory of Norma.
