Norman E. Wagner, 77, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. He was born in Bellefontaine on July 22, 1938 to the late Charles E. and Viola E. (Lord) Wagner. He was also preceded in death by a brother, David E. Wagner.
On December 18, 1993 he married Doris Wagner and she survives. He is also survived by a son, Keith E. (Cassie) Wagner; four daughters, Candace A. (Steve) Heath, Tracy L. (Michael) Allman, Eugonda K. Steele, and Lettica R. Jarnagin; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a sister, Janet; sister-in-law, Carole Wagner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Norman was a member of First Church of God in Bellefontaine. He retired from the Air Force and was very active in the Logan County Honor Guard and Color Guard.
Pastor A.W. Purdin and Pastor Gary Brown will officiate a graveside service at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Gazebo in Highland Cemetery, West Liberty.
The family would also like to thank Jennifer Wren of Care at Home by Green Hills for her care.
