Panna Lorene Alexander

Panna Lorene (Neer) Alexander, 76, of Fostoria, passed away Sunday morning, December 29, 2024, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, Fostoria. 

Panna was born on August 2, 1948, in Wapakoneta, to the late Branson Harley Neer and Anna Mae Routt Neer.  She was also preceded in death by a great-granddaughter Jemma.

She is flying with the angels now, and will be missed dearly by all of her family and loved ones including her life partner Stephen Hershey of Fostoria; and her 2 sons: Robert L. (Lynn) Alexander II, and Thomas Charles Alexander, both of Sidney. Panna also loved and cherished her 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her love and unselfish caring and compassion. 

At this time, following Panna’s wishes, there are no planned services. The immediate family will hold private services in the future. 

All who knew Panna and the Neer family know how deep Panna’s love was for family. May she Rest In Peace as she reunites with her loved ones in the heavens above. We love you so much Mom.
