Patricia Halter

Patricia Lou Halter, 74, of Oxford, Ohio passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 in Bellefontaine. She was born in Perry, Kentucky on November 18, 1940 to the late Troy and Roxie (Noble) Stacy. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Debra Lynn Roby in 2004, and siblings Polly Perry, Mavis Carol Stacy, Morris Stacy, Ronnie Stacy, Donnie Stacy, Ernest Stacy, Robert Stacy, Charles Stacy and Curtis Godsey. Patricia married Melvin R. Halter, Jr. on February 8, 1963 and he preceded her in death on January 2, 2006.

Patricia is survived by her grandchildren: Angel (Jonathan) Early of Rushsylvania and Joseph DeFeudis of Worcester, Massachusetts; several step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren: Misty Smith, Timothy Mills, Jonathan Early, Angelina and Joey DeFeudis; step-great-grandchildren: Charity Bishop, Trinity Mills, Chasity Mills and Hayden Early; a great-great-grandson Brayden Smith; four sisters: Nancy Godsey of Kentucky, Rita Larrison of Hamilton, Ohio, Dorothy Hoskins of Dwarf, Kentucky, and Anita Cornett of Dwarf, Kentucky; two brothers: Monroe Stacy of Columbus and Frankie Dean Stacy of Radcliff, Kentucky; step-sons: Richard (Katie) Halter of Camden, Ohio and Jim (Deb) Halter of Hamilton, Ohio; step-daughters: Susan (Jim) Hooker of Oxford and Peggy (Larry) Cebelak of Trenton, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 1pm at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, Bellefontaine with Pastor Ron Irick officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral. Burial will be in Rushsylvania Cemetery.
