Patricia Ann Yoder

Patricia Ann Yoder, 76, of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away at 12:28 A.M. Sunday, April 9, 2017, at Green Hills Community in West Liberty after a short battle with cancer. She was born January 31, 1941, the daughter of the late Clarence O. and Grace (Brenneman) Yoder.

Pat is survived by two aunts, Roselle Kauffman of West Liberty and Ada Brenneman of Delphos, Ohio; an uncle, Wendell Miller of Lima, Ohio; and many special cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Julia Yoder.

Pat graduated from West Liberty High School and Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana. She taught first grade at Lagonda School in Springfield, Ohio. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, reading and volunteering her time at Daily Bread and Global Crafts. Pat was a faithful member of the Bethel Mennonite Church where she taught children’s Sunday school, Bible school, and was an organist for many years.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home 101 Zanesfield Rd. in West Liberty, Ohio. Pastor Larry Wilson will officiate a memorial service at 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 21, 2017 at the Bethel Mennonite Church 416 Washington Street in West Liberty. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty.

The funeral arrangements are in the care of the staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in West Liberty.
