Paul Raymond Craig, age 79, of Huntsville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014 at the Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine, Ohio.
He was born in Rushsylvania, Ohio December 18, 1934, to the late Isaac and Roxie (Gordon) Craig. Also preceding him in death were brothers, Sherman and Leo Craig and Robert Reynolds; one grandchild and one great grandchild.
On June 20, 1954, he married the former Judith Byrd in Belle Center, Ohio and she survives along with their children, Kenneth (Viola) Craig, Steven (Shelly) Craig, both of Bellefontaine, Thomas (Greg Bladecki) Craig of Columbus, Ohio, Paula (Tom) Marker of Bellefontaine, Sondra (Jim) Conley of Kenton, Ohio and Laura (John) Wilgus of Bellefontaine; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; his siblings, Mary Fulton of Spartanburg, South Carolina and Frank Craig of Belle Center, and a step brother, George Adelsberger.
Paul worked for Superior Coach in Lima,Ohio and retired in 1996 from the City of Bellefontaine Street Department.
Pastor Cheryl Siegenthaler will officiate the 1:00 P.M. funeral service Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be at the Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center.
