Paul E. Myers, age 82, of Belle Center, Ohio, passed away Monday morning, August 25, 2014 at Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
He was born in Union County Ohio April 11, 1932, to the late Asa and Myrtle (Orr) Myers. He was also preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers.
Paul married the former Norma R. Lockwood August 15, 1950 in Peoria, Ohio, and she survives in Belle Center. He is also survived by daughters, Linda (Ron) Schilling of Marysville, Ohio, Virginia “Ginny” Comer of Delaware, Ohio and Judy Endsley of Belle Center; a special niece, Tina (Nathan) Malvig of Minnesota; seven grandchildren, Kimberly (Tom) Welch, Ronnie (Suzanne) Schilling Jr., Lisa Comer, Lori Jenkins, Tabitha (Matthew) Min, Billy (Rhonda) Endsley and James “Rusty” (Tera) Wirick and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Paul worked as a machinist for forty years at Delaware Ranco before retiring in 1990. In his younger days he loved to fish and hunt. Paul and Norma lived in Union County until 1989 when they relocated to Belle Center.
Pastor John Watkins will conduct the funeral service Friday, August 29, 2014, at 11 A.M. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center where calling hours will be held Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 4 to 7 P.M.
Interment will be at the Raymond Cemetery.
