Paul Ray Purtee, 52, of DeGraff, passed away at 3:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at his home. He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on February 22, 1964 to Arthur L. and Carol Jean (Phillips) Purtee.
He is also survived by two sisters, Cindy Purtee and Tonya (Alan) Pope; two brothers, Roger Purtee and Artie (Brian Elliott) Purtee; a niece; 4 nephews; 4 great nieces; and 7 great nephews.
A 1982 graduate of Riverside High School, Paul enjoyed making baked goods for local fairs and festivals. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his niece, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 210 W. Hayes Street, DeGraff, Ohio, where visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will follow in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in DeGraff.
