Pearl Conway

Pearl Ilene Conway, 79, of Zanesfield, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

She was born February 2, 1934, in Peebles, Ohio to the late John Arthur and Violet (Setty) Tolle.

On August 13, 1949, she married Everett Conway in Maysville, Kentucky and he preceded her in death July 2, 1993. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Chester, Gary and John Tolle; two sisters, Shirley Tolle and Marie Hodge, and two grandchildren.

Surviving are four sons, Everett Eugene Conway of Bellefontaine, Ronald Dale Conway of Zanesfield, Jack Conway of Bellefontaine and Larry Wayne (Kelly) Conway of West Liberty, Ohio; two daughters, Kathy Ilene (Chuck) Leese of Quincy, Ohio and Sheila Dawn (Kirk) Kegg of Bellefontaine; a brother, Jimmy (Rose) Tolle of Peebles; sisters, Juanita Kelly of Piqua, Ohio, Naomi (Paul) Snodgrass of Williamsburg, Ohio, Eunice Burgess of Lynx, Ohio, Janet (James) Browning of Batavia, Ohio and Judy (Kevin) Rogers of West Union, Ohio; ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A member of the Zanesfield Community Chapel, Pearl was a loving mother, grandmother and was a child care giver. She was a Community Award Winner because she loved to landscape and work in her yard. She also loved to watch and feed hummingbirds.

Pastor Keith Matthews will officiate the 1:30 P.M. funeral service Saturday, August 24, 2013, at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine, where calling hours are from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. prior to the service. Interment will be at the Zanesfield Cemetery in Zanesfield, Ohio.
