Phyllis Joan Dunlap

Phyllis Joan Dunlap, age 86, formerly of Belle Center, Ohio passed away Wednesday morning September 13, 2017, at Green Hills Community in West Liberty, Ohio.  She was born in Quincy, Ohio August 30, 1931, to the late Blaine G. and Mary E. (DeVelvis) Heath.  She was also preceded in death by a brother Jack Heath.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Carl Dunlap whom she married November 30, 1948 in Indiana.  She is also survived by her daughters, Sharon (Mahmood) Ismail, Marsha (Dennis Guidry) Dunlap, and Christine Dunlap; a sister-in-law, Lynda (Don) Evans and several nieces and nephews.

Phyllis was a factory worker at Siemens in Bellefontaine, Ohio retiring after forty four years of service.  She enjoyed quilting, painting and various other crafts over the years.  Phyllis enjoyed camping with Carl and they were members of the Kenton Koffee Kups.

The family would like to extend a thank you to the special friends who have been by their side.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center.
