Raymond Scott Reese

Raymond Scott Reese, age 58, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away Sunday afternoon, September 6, 2020, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Raymond was born in Bellefontaine April 9, 1962, to the late Charles Milton and Norma Jean (Smith) Reese.  He was also preceded in death by a niece, Amanda Peters and a great-nephew, Ethan Peters.

Raymond is survived by his brothers, Charles (Teresa Allen) Reese Jr. of Bellefontaine, William “Pete” (Jane) Reese of Bellefontaine; sisters, Deb (Gary) Douglas of Venice, Florida, Nora (Bob) Hertenstein of Bellefontaine and Elsie (Jeff) Williams of Bellefontaine; nieces and nephews, Craig Reese, Hilery Reese, Cati (Chris Johnson) Reese, Christi Evans, Clint (Samantha) Oaks, Kim (Brian Betts) Reynolds, Darren (Amy) Hertenstein, John (Angie Murphy) Peters and Jeremiah Grumbling; several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Raymond attended Benjamin Logan Schools.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved to “people watch” around town.

Friends may call at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine Thursday, September 10, 2020, from 4 to 7 p.m.  Due to current pandemic orders, please be symptom free, practice social distancing and consider wearing a mask.

Burial will be at a later date at the Rushsylvania Cemetery in Rushsylvania, Ohio.
