Robert J. Price, 84, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2015 at Green Hills Care Center.
He was born in Emmet County, MI on December 22, 1930 to the late John and Margaret (Yobst) Price. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Lucille Seiler and John Price; and brothers-in-law, Edwin Schwartzfisher and John Seiler.
On May 29 1954 he married the former Kathleen Conklin in Petoskey, MI and she survives along with their children, Stephen Price of Philadelphia, PA, Kathryn (H. William) Craver of Atlanta, GA, Daniel (Patty) Price of Bellefontaine, David (Milena) Price of Zanesfield, Robert (Wanda) Price of Simpsonville, SC, and Joseph (Diane) Price of Beavercreek; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a sister, Catherine Schwartzfisher of Petoskey, MI.
Bob retried in 1996 from Siemens.
He was an U.S. Army veteran, serving in the Korean War from 1952-1954. Bob received his BS and MBA from the University of Detroit. He was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Bellefontaine, Knights of Columbus and served as the treasurer for the Kiwanis Club.
Visitation times are 6 to 8 PM for Sunday, May 24, 2015 at the Eichholtz Daring and Sanford Funeral Home in Bellefontaine. An 11:30 am Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 25, 2015 at St. Patrick Catholic Church with Father Ken Baker officiating. Inurnment will be in the Calvary Cemetery Columbarium.
The Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Bellefontaine are assisting the family with arrangements.
